Karnataka CM inaugurates   “ Homoeo Bhavan “  


 

BENGALURU.NOV.20 Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa inaugurated the Homeo Bhavan building for the The Karnataka Board for Homoeopathic System of Medicine  at Magadi Road Basaveshwarnagar. The  Building has been constructed  about 6400 Square feet spending 1.2 crores 
 Health and Family Welfare minister, Dr K Sudhakar, who is also handling the Medical Education department, as well as Primary and Secondary Education minister, S Suresh Kumar, Smt, Meenakshi Negi , Commissioner m Department of AYYUSH Sri.Jawaid Akhtar , Additional Chief Secretary , Department of Health and Familiy welfare Department  ,Dr.Nagendra ,Chancellor S.VYASA  were present. Dr.B.T.Rudresh , President , Karnataka Board for Homoeopathic System of Medicine and Executive Member , Board of Governors  presided over the function.
The Members  of the Board  Dr.Rajendra B Patil, Dr.K.Shiva Prasad Dr.Chiranth Dr.Mahantesh Wali, Dr.Prakash G Jambaldinni , Dr.Patil Abhishek Mahaveer , Dr.Ravi Shrishailappa Kotennavar , Dr.Usha S. Dr.Basavaraj Upparatti and ,Dr.Nagappa  Shivappa Doddamani  also present 
 Former Minister  Hon’ble Sri Shivanada S Patil, Minister for Health and Family welfare laid the foundation stone for the construction of office Building on 19th September 2019   at the ½ acres land  allotted by the Government of Karnataka  
The new building will have an library, , free Homoeopathic dispensary , a counseling center and and a public utility auditorium  Dr.B.T.Rudresh has donated  his entire salary and perks amounting Rs 50 Laks  and Rs 30 laks from funds of the council without any financial burden to the Government 
It was earlier functioning at a rented premise in the campus of the Directorate of AYUSH at Majestic.  The space was not sufficient to manage the growing number of registered practitioners and the general public visiting the office to seek information about Homoeopathy
