He is having large reddened ulcers in both lower limbs with offensive discharge on and off. He complains of lightning pain and heaviness of both legs. His duplex ultrasound shows the history of varicose veins; undergone surgery twice. He is indifferent and incoherent in speech. He is worse by warmth and better with cold.
