Writ petition against TNHMC president and 8 members HC issues Notice

          CHENNAI.APR.22: Madras High Court issued notice to Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical council , MGR Medical University and officials of Union and state on President Dr.G.P.Hahnemann and eight members for their professional misconduct and infamous conduct. The petitioner Dr.R.Gnanasambandam, former president of the council stated in his affidavit that Dr.G.P.Hahnemann, the president of the council has never worked in the colleges, but he claimed as professor and also questioned for suppressing the facts on a criminal case for obtaining various posts. He stated that, Dr.Subramanian, the nominated member had violated the act by affixing additional degrees to his name and for issuing the BEMS Electro homoeopathy certificates through SCS Medical College.

      He stated the members of “Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Federation’ in defunct stage, had violated the act for their association with the quacks and supporting the bogus doctors association at Salem. The secretary of the Salem association is in possession of fake RHMP certificate. Dr. G.P.Hahnemann is advisor, Dr.G.Nirmal is custodian, Dr.T.C.P.Nambiar is president, Dr. R.Rangasamy is treasurer and the Secretary of body. Dr.A.Dhandapani, whose daughter in law T.Nalini is in possession of impersonated RHMP certificate. Dr.A.Elanthiryan, who claim as RHMP is unregistered practitioner is Joint secretary of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy federation and also Salem Homoeopathy Doctors Association

      He also questioned Dr.N.V.Sugathan for persuading M.D (hom) Degree as a regular candidate without attending classes, while he working at a private Homoeopathy Medical College
