        A forty years old uniparous female was suffering from

• Mild pain right iliac fossa off and on.
• Heaviness upper abdomen with eructations and burning retrosternal region – since 6 months.
• Menses regular lasting 3 days. (LMP – 01/10/11).
• Thick profuse per vaginal discharge.
• Recurrent sore throat.

Obstetric History

       G (gravida) 2 P (para) 1 A (abortion) 1 S (still birth) 0 L (living) 1

Past History

       Tinea facies – applied topical ointments

Family History

       Mother – Diabetes

Investigation

Initial Ultrasonography Report (16/10/2011)
       Uterus anteverted anteflexed measuring 75 X 39 X 47 mms. A small hypoechoic fundo–posterior mass lesion measuring 14 X 10 mms seen in uterine cavity.

Result of Repertorisation

     

Medicine Selected– Pulsatilla

First Prescription             16th October 2011

      Pulsatilla 30 weekly was prescribed followed by placebo for 2 weeks.

Follow Up 1                        30thOctober 2011

      LMP– 21/10/2011. Menses were early, scanty, lasted 3 days. P/V discharge thick, sticky and creamish. Itching in vulva after menses. Pulsatilla 30 weekly was prescribed followed by Placebo for 8 weeks.

Follow Up 2                         31 December 2011

      Menses appeared on 30/12/2011, flow adequate (still continued). P/V discharge and itching in vulva reduced. Ultrasonography of pelvis dated 20.11.2011 revealed normal uterus. Patient wa advised to stop treatment.
