A girl aged 17 was brought by his father for frequent periodical headache since 3 years. She appears pale and debilitated with light hair. She suffers from nervous headache, begins in morning at the base of brain and spreads all over the head and locates in eye, orbit and temple of left side. She has violent throbbing pain. She has intolerable, pressive pain in eyeballs unable to turn the eyes without turning the whole body; worse, especially on making a false step. Her headache is worse at sunrise, more at noon, declines by sunset. Occasionally she has stammering, repeats first syllable three or four times.
