Swine flu... the Pandemic Disease

Dear Readers,

The swine flu has been the subject of much 'Breaking News' all over the world.   The people are panic over the spread of influenza A (H1N1) virus and its is the right time to prove the efficacy of Homoeopathy especially in prevention. Many Homoeopathic organizations are drafting to the Health Ministry to offer the service in tackling the issue.

This is the time to find the genus epidemicus for the pandemic disease and serve the community. Mexican homoeopaths suggested only the possible remedies and the genus epidemicus not yet declared so far, even though there is citation that the instance of the Spanish flu epidemic of 1918 in which more than 50 million people were killed worldwide.

The mortality rate of people given by modern treatment was 28.2 percent, while those given homoeopathic treatment was 1.05 percent at that time. Homoeopathic organizations needs an urgent updated information on clinical utility to tackle this crisis and serve the community.

The title of the issue "Homoeopathy in Nephrolithiasis" has received many submissions as usual. We thank all authors for their contributions Homoeopathy faces contraversy from the days of discovery and the scientific community asks for evidence based studies. Homoeo Times appeal to all homoepaths to contribute more cases with evidence based studies.
