ANAMNESIS
A
62-year-old man, porter in central railway
station presented pain in the abdomen since
three years. Recently he had severe pain immediately
after food and had been to the causality since
he said “ I have pain in the pit of
the stomach, something is blocking like a
boiled egg inside! I have palpitation!”
.The gastro endcoscopy revealed moderate reflux
oephagitis with gastritis and ECG showed sinus
tachycardia. . He is a tea toddler and tobacco
chewer. His appetite is poor in the morning
and better in noon and night. He
also experiences water brash, which succeeds
cough .His another complaint is constipation.
