Iris versicolaris:
    Periodical nervous headache which comes on after the patient relaxes from a mental strain, with school teachers it comes on Saturday, and preachers on Monday.
The patient usually vomits a bitter bilious substance and headache better by vomiting. Right temples are more affected.

Scutellaria:
    In nervous sick headaches which are caused by excitement and over-exertion.Migraine worse over right eye and aching in eye balls.Right side is more affected.Explosive headaches of school teachers with frequent urination.Give mother tincture-5 drops a dose.

Chionanthus:
    Specific for periodic sick headaches.Listless and apathetic.Dull frontal headache over root of nose,over eyes,through temples worse stooping and moving.Migraine due to acidity and sluggishness of liver.Taken for several weeks as mother tincture in drop doses will surely break severe painful sick headaches.

Coffea:
    An excellent remedy for Nervous headache caused by loss of sleep following excitement,seems as if brain were torn into pieces,as if nail were driven into head neuralgia of head with tight pain.

Damiana:
    An excellent remedy for migraine.It should be given in mother tincture in 15-20 drop doses every 2hrs.In severe cases it may be given every half an hour and patient will sleep after two doses.

Cyclamen:
    If Iris versicoloris fails this remedy may be tried provided migraine is accompanied with sparkling before eyes. Frequent sneezing with itching in ears.Migraine->room.<open air.Vertigo,things turn in a circle.

Spigelia:
    Nervous headache at morning in base of brain,spreads to head, locating in eye orbit and temple of left side.Tic douloureux of left side.Sensation as if head were bound around vertex.>lying on right side.

Sanguinaria.C:
    Right sided affection.Bilious headache when going without food. Head ache once in seven days ,begins on waking in morning in occiput and travels to right eye temple.Pain in head "like a flash of lighting".Mother tincture 10-15 drops every 4hrs may be given.

Oleum Animale Aethereum
    This remedy is useful in Migraine in which the burning pains and stitches with "Pulled upward" and "from behind forward" pains.Another indication associated with polyuria
