seeks solution to a case.
A thirty seven years old male consulted
me for "Multiple Gall stones" in the Gall Bladder measuring
4mm to 6 mm in size . He presented pain right hypochondriac region,
The pain in left hypochondriac region is better by pressure and
the pain in the lumbar region is aggravated by prolonged sitting.
He also had occasional left sided headache < empty stomach,
cough, nausea and vomiting in addition is troubling the patient
which worsens during headache. He feels better after vomit. Another
complaint is left knee pain, which was worse from exertion and
walking on staircase. He had profuse sweat in the back of the
neck < walking and exertion. His weight is 63 kg , Blood pressure
110/80 mm Hg and blood parameters are normal. He is nervous, sensitive
and irritable, often loses temper when contradicted, throws things.
I have tried Calc. Carb.200, Chelidonium.
200, Cardus Marianus Q and Cholestrinum 3x. Pain in the region
of liver, left hypochondria, slight yellow discoloration of the
tongue relieved. Other symptoms persisting. I have also tried
Nux Vom.200, Berberis Vulgaris Q No satisfactory results. Size
of gallstone remaining the same. The patient has undergone the
treatment for about 2 years. Kindly guide me how to proceed the
case. |
