A female-aged 31 consulted me for absence of menses for 3 months, Her obesity and primary infertility routed her for Master check, Bilateral Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease was ruled out. She was also suffering from wheezing since 20 years <cold drinks, ice cream and dust. She had treatment for hypothyroidism earlier and suffered from Primary complex in childhood. Appetite increased, craving sweets, egg and fish and stool hard & difficult with profuse sweat at little exertion. The patient was treated with Calc-carb 200, then1M followed by Lycopodium 1M with intercurrent remedy Thyroidinum 1M, & Ars-Alb for her acute complaints. Bilateral PCOD and hypothyroid state are normal.
