Dear Readers,
We are very much
satisfied with the wonderful results of our medicine. However when
we educate the logic of cure to the medical world we are not taken
seriously and to scientific fraternity, it is just unbelievable.
We are aware of the many controversies about our system that it
is unscientific, that the method of action of our remedies has not
been based on histopathological and serological studies. The law
of infinitesimals is being criticized as a placebo effect.
Dr Stephen Barrett
had remarked in his web pages that our system is a pseudoscience.
Dr Jacques Benveniste purported to explain homeopathy in terms not
of molecules present in the solution but in terms of the diluting
water retaining a "memory". James Randi returned to refute
Benveniste's findings and raised a flare of controversy. Recently
former director of Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Dr.
P M Bhargava had attacked Homoeopathy as unscientific and placebo
therapy. Dr Louis Rey has now revived the "memory of water"
theory with his findings
Even though these
day-to-day controversies does affect our Homoeopathic fraternity,
the real power of Homoeopathic healing is experienced by millions
every day. The "Homoeotimes" team, organised by AKP Homoeopathic
Clinical Research Centre, a non-profitable trust, has made an attempt
to provide a documented answer to all these queries And your kind
cooperation is needed for achieving that goal
I hope that Homoeotimes
will be a practical and useful journal to everybody, in treating
your patients and enriching your knowledge
Expecting your kind
cooperation
