ANAMNESIS
A male aged 60 years, villager and politician
consulted me for his sexual abuse. He placed
all investigations showing normal parameters
for AIDS, VDRL, urethral smear, blood studies
and urine analysis with culture study. Even
though the studies are normal, he doubted
that some sexually transmitted disease would
have affected him, because he had irritation,
burning and rolling of urine in the passage
when he is not attempting. I prescribed a
simillimun to him. While leaving my consulting
room he insisted me not to reveal anybody
about his illness.
