A female aged 38 years elegant in appearance with masculinity consulted me for her headache since three months, which started after fever. Headache worsened at night associated with nausea and vomiting. She also had indigestion complaints. Her menstrual flow, duration was normal but aggravated her complaint. . I gave Sepia 200 and it worked well and her constipation problem also cured.

     
    A 28 year old female patient, who delivered a child 7 months back, came to me with the complaint of constipation. Stool is hard and blood stained occasionally started after pregnancy. She avoided straining since she had a bearing down sensation. Another objective finding in the patient is hyperpigmented patches in both cheeks and nose. Her periods are irregular. Mental state also inferred some indifference towards her family members. Her complaints are better with Sepia 200, later increased to 1m.
