A
thirty five year old very handsome male presented before me with
dyspepsia since three years .He complained of loud eructation
after food and rumbling when his stomach is empty. He also has
burning abdomen > cold water drinking. He is uncomfortable
after heavy meal, fruits and onion. His stool is clay coloured
sometimes. He experiences stitching pain in the left hypochondriac
region. Additionally he has hawking sensation in the throat quiet
often has phlegm collects and he tries to clear it frequently.
He also has reddish macules in left the medial aspect of his right
hand. He passed mucus stools in the past. He is very sensitive,
affectionate, apprehensive, sympathetic to others, an introvert
who keeps everything inside, weeps inside, likes music, nature
and gardening. Has a feeling of insecurity in life and hence not
married. Sweats on palms and soles. Sometimes his hand trembles
with anxiety.
He
had undergone circumcision and phimosis was ruled out. His skin
eruptions in the childhood were treated successfully with calc
Carb 200. Had Chicken pox vaccination in child hood. He had bleeding
warts at the right lower abdomen, Nitric Acid cleared .His mother
and uncle are diabetic and from paternal side his grand father
had ringworm and blood cancer. Father, sister, elder brother suffers
from Ischaemic Heart Disease..
