     A girl aged twelve years complained pain in abdomen since two years, after an attack of viral fever. Her associated complaint is headache, which was intensified by sun exposure. She is a timid girl, dreams frequently about robbers and used to weep thinking of father's death closing the doors. It bursts out whenever any body tries to console. Natrum Mur 0/3 six doses,OD for six days cured the after effects of viral fever.

Prolonged Pyrexia

    One-year-old female child was brought to me with a history of fever for the past two months. . All investigations conducted were normal. The character of the fever was it comes on whenever the child sleeps fever comes on. It lasts for few hours and goes down with sweating. The sweat had an offensive, sour smell. The smell of the child's urine deeply penetrated all over the room. The case was repertorised by using Kent’s Repertory. The following rubrics were selected. Fever- Sleep. Heat comes on during: Perspiration- odor, offensive; Perspiration- odor, Sour; Urine- odor, Strong. Nitric Acid 200 cured the fever with in four days.
