This X ray is taken from a 68 years Old man with haematuria, dysuria and urinary frequency. He had had several previous urinary tract infections.

2. Anamnesis
   

A 25 year old married girl consulted a Homoeopath for irregularity in periods and anxious to conceive a child. She had two times abortion between three -four months of conceivement. Her periods are profuse, long lasting. Partially fluid and partially clotted; bright red in colour; has pain back to pubis. She gave history of joint pain when she was doing pre degree course. She is moderately built, medium complexion and nervous. Her neck and chin shows some tiny dark pigmented growths. Prefers cold climate and her mind shows irritability and aversion to music.
