An unmarried lady, aged 33 came to my clinic with severe pain in both knee joints. She was suffering since 3 years. The guiding symptoms were – patient was nervous, severe pain in knee joints which aggravated at night. Extreme swelling with redness and highly sensitive to touch and not able to walk. She had fallen from steps, 8 years ago. I prescribed her Arnica M 200 and advised her to take twice daily before food for 6 days. After six days I noticed the swelling of both knee joints, maximum reduced and pain has vanished . I increased the potency to 1M and finally concluded with an intercurrent drug Bacillinum 1M. The patient was completely cured and till date she is well.
