1. Radiological Quiz

A 65-year-old female patient with severe right knee joint pain for the past three years. The joint is swollen and tender. She is obese and known hypertensive for five years. Underwent total hysterectomy for fibroid when she was 47 years old. She consulted an orthopaedic surgeon. Pain is worse from touch and on motion. Better by cold applications. He advised a plain X ray A.P view of both knee joints. Her right knee joint is given here.

2. Anamnesis
   

A young girl, aged 21 years came to my clinic with the complaints of twitching, flickering of left eyelash. Her associated complaints are headache, loss of appetite, Low back pain and irregularity in periods. She is a moderately built, pale and anemic: She had typhoid fever three months back, her periods altered from normal routine, postponed five to seven days, feels relaxed after her periods. Her mother attributed that she shakes her legs while sitting and jerks her body while sleeping. Her blood studied low Haemoglobin 8.5gms%.
