ANAMNESIS
A forty five year old businessman consulted
me for his prolonged backache and pain in
the both great toes. He said sitting in the
wheel chair with back support has given some
relief. Recently he complained alternating
pain and numbness in the left leg-radiating
from hip to heels. He also had cramps in the
calves and feet which worsened after lying
on bed. CT scan revealed moderate Disc bulge
in L4 and L5 spines.
