     A male aged 35 years; stout built consulted me for his complaints Eczema and warts. The warts are around the neck, face, eyelids,armpits and inner thighs. They are soft fleshy and pedunculated. His second major complaint is itching skin eruptions in the wrist, nose, neck and temples. He has phimosis with itching at the tip. The lesions are hyperpigmented and oozes fluid sometimes. < Metals contact; Scratching; rainy season. > Application of steroids. He also has tendency for boils in chin, thighs which discharges greenish fluid. He is a costive patient with ineffectual desire for stool. He complained occasional burning. He has sweat on the neck and armpits. Mental Symptoms-procrastining,loses temper very easily and turns violent sometimes. His job is stressful and hides every thing even to his spouse. Habit of biting nails.

     He had jaundice few years back and in childhood suffered from eczema of scalp. Mother had eczema and grand parents were Diabetic and hypertensive.
