Vitiligo is a one sided disease because few symptoms that are exposed is only the tip of the iceberg. The depigmented spots are external expression of the internal derangement. Effective treatment in homoeopathy disease as stated in Aphorism 175 the prescription based on highest similarity or reportorial totality arouses the dynamic state of the disease and recovery reported in many cases. Many physicians effectively study the case miasmatically or constitutionally and provide direct prescription. There are of course a few cases, which resist our treatment. This may call for accessory symptoms as stated in Aphorism 180, which provides high value in prescription and recovery of the patients. Some physicians are of the opinion that mother tinctures are helpful in the treatment whereas some here experimented using the same potency as external application, which facilitates speedy pigmentation. This is similar to the treatment of warts with Thuja provided by our master.
