Arsenicun Sulfuratum Flavum (Arsenic Trisulph)
     This is one of the specific remedies used for the treatment of vitiligo in homoeopathy. It has discoloration of the skin in blotches that are pale or white in color. It is also a good remedy for eczematous lesions, which are moist and have intense itching with corrosive discharge. For Leucoderma and squamous syphilides .

Arsenicum Album
     The trio miasmatic remedies cover all varieties. Arsenic patients mostly dark in complexion. Ailments from alcoholism; stings; dissecting wounds; chewing tobacco; ill effects from decayed food or animal matter ; Anæmia and chlorosis; degenerative changes. malarial cachexia; septic infections and low vitality. Nat.mur
      Natrum mur patients are Squarish in built, narrow necked patients, who craves more salt; It is best suited for greasy oily skin especially on hairy parts. Suffers with chronic headache<sun exposure. Whitish hives in hands and arms spot looks like large peas on lips.

Nitric acid
      Nitric Acid suits for the syphilitics, action over mucous outlets, acts best on dark complexion. Acro facial and mucosal varieties. Desire for salt and fatty things.

Borax
     White skin with red patches. Parts usually red turns white. Stitching pain predominates, Dingy, unhealthy looking skin excessively nervous and dread of downward motion. Chillblain received in open air. End of hairs become entangled.

Tuberculinum
      It is well used as an intercurrent remedy. Itching intense; worse at night. It is indicated good when there is a past history of tuberculosis.

Syphilinum
    Anti syphilitic Remedy indicated when the lesions are in mucous membranes, lips ,genetalia and patches are on bones.

Medorrhinum
     Medorrhoinum indicated in history of sycotic Miasm and too much vaccination and if the patches are on muscular parts.

Merc sol
    It is a great antisyphillitic remedy. Almost constantly moist. Persistent dryness of the skin contraindicates Merc. Excessive, odorous viscious perspiration; worse night. General tendency to free perspiration. Itching worse from warmth of bed.

Mica
      Being used for mucosal variety

Psoralea corylifolia
     This remedy is being used in all system of Medicines.The active principles alkaloids being used in the name “Psoralin” Neo psoralin”.The seeds are used for External Application also. Babchi oil is being used.

Hydrocotyle
     Hydrocotle in cases of suppressed skin troubles and history of lupus, filariasis.

Cuprum Aceticum
     Copper being the chief source to produce melanin and have produced different kinds of skin lesions in poisoning , specially various forms od discolourations.

Cobaltum Nitricum :
      Industruial workers, lower dilution helps

Cantharis :
      Supreme remedy for leucoderma after burns

Sepia :
     Sepia is useful mostly in children and woman. Patches on face, lips and scalp.

Lycopodium :
      Lycopodium in the history of liver complaints due to chronic dysentery, alcohol, hepatitis or jaundice.
